How to make cabbage pakoda/Cabbage pakoda/Cabbage Pakoda Recipe/Cabbage Pakora/Veg Pakora

Crisp hot cabbage pakora! Perfect snack with a cup of tea! 😊
Cabbage (finely sliced)...150g
Onion (finely sliced)...1 medium size
Red chilli powder...1 tsp.
Green chillies (finely chopped)...2-3
Salt (to taste)
Coriander seeds (crushed)...1 tsp.
Coriander leaves (finely chopped)...1
Curry leaves (finely chopped)...8-10
Amchur powder...1 tsp.
Chickpea flour (besan)...6 tbsp.
Rice flour...2 tbsp.
Salt...1/2 tsp. (to taste)
Chaat masala...1 tsp.
In a big bowl add the chick pea flour, rice flour, curry leaves, coriander leaves, chopped green chillies, approximately half a teaspoon of salt and mix evenly
Add onions and add cabbage. Mix thoroughly
Add a little water so the flour gets sticky and let this rest for 5 min
Take enough oil to deep fry the pakodas
Set the heat to medium/high
Test if the oil is ready for frying with a little dough.
Taste this and add more salt to the dough if you need to
Fry till the Pakora looks golden brown and feels crisp. This should take 5 to 6 minutes
Place them on a paper towel to get rid of excess oil
Sprinkle with some chaat masala before serving
