How to make Banana Oatmeal Pancake/Healthy pancake recipe/Gluten free pancake/Oatmeal pancake recipe


How about a healthy, quick, and easy breakfast recipe?!


Ingredients

Yield: ~10-12 pancakes


3 ripe bananas

1.5 cups or 135g rolled oats

3 eggs

1/4 cup roasted almonds (or any nuts of your choice)

1 tsp. or 4g Baking soda

1 tsp. Vanilla extract

Pinch of salt


Method
  • Add ripe bananas into your food processor

  • add rolled oats, eggs, a pinch of salt, roasted nuts of your choice, vanilla extract and and baking powder

  • Blend this to a pourable consistency

  • Add some butter to a pan set on medium heat

  • Add 2 tablespoons of the pancake batter

  • Fry till it turns golden brown on both sides. It takes approximately 2 minutes on each side

  • Have this with brown sugar or honey or pancake syrup!
